Content Hosting Disclaimer

TeraMovies does not host, upload, or store any copyrighted media files on its servers. All download/streaming links on our pages redirect to third-party hosting services (Terabox, etc.) operated independently of TeraMovies. We function purely as a discovery and indexing service.

What to Include in Your DMCA Notice

For us to act on your notice, please include all of the following:

• Identification of the specific copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• The exact URL(s) on TeraMovies containing the allegedly infringing material
• Your full contact information (name, email, mailing address, phone)
• A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Our Process

1. You email our DMCA agent at dmca@teramovies.com
2. We review the notice within 24 hours
3. If valid, the URL(s) are removed from our index immediately
4. We send you a confirmation email once the takedown is complete
5. The page is removed from search engines as it returns 404 thereafter

Counter Notice (For Removed Content)

If you believe your content was removed in error and you have rights to it, you may send a counter notice to our DMCA agent. The counter notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to local jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy

TeraMovies maintains a repeat infringer policy. Channels or content sources that repeatedly post copyrighted material without authorization will be removed from our index permanently.
